01:28​ The first food to never eat again: grains. This includes whole wheat bread. Is wheat bread good for you? No. A study published in Wheat Belly by Dr William Davis showed two slices of wheat bread spiked glucose in the blood as much as a 12 ounce can of soda or snickers bar.

03:24​ The second diet mistake that is making you fat. Eating farmed seafood instead of wild caught seafood. Consuming wheat bread is one of the biggest diet mistakes for losing weight.

Farmed fish contains high amounts of PCB's. When you consume this, it increases inflammation and cancer risk. PCB's are a known carcinogen. This is why farmed fish are foods that cause cancer, especially when you consume it in excess.

They are typically GMO and loaded with pesticides and herbicides. Not good. Soy can also be estrogenic which is why it's one of the foods that cause inflammation.

Vegetable oils such as canola oil, soybean oil, grape-seed oil and the others listed in this video cause belly fat and disease through inflammation. Some studies suggest these foods can cause inflammation around your cells for 6-12 months!

The best foods to eat to lose weight instead of these bad fats, are healthy fats such as coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter/ghee, avocado oil and the other healthy foods listed in the video. These foods are the best meal plan to lose fat faster.
