  • Symptoms result from causes; it shows you that something in your body is off!

  • Get sunlight in your eyes each morning. 
  • If you step outside in the morning, it’s stimulating a cascade of physiological effects.
  • Ultimately, it results in better neurotransmitter production and healthier and happier moods and outlooks.
  • Twenty minutes outside each morning would be ideal. 
  • Also, touch the earth with your bare skin. Grounding allows the nerve receptors on our skin to pick up electrons from the earth.

  • Neurogenesis and neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to repair and regenerate itself but also make itself moldable and plastic.

  • Covid has pushed us to a breaking point. It’s time to reorganize and reshift our priorities. 
  • Focus on your mind and brain; lifestyle practices will help you with neurogenesis.
